Po posledn\u00edm sout\u011b\u017en\u00edm kole nast\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010das pro 1-2 mikrocykly regenera\u010dn\u00ed s\u00a0minim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed. Cel\u00fd tento postup se praktikuje i pro jarn\u00ed polovinu sezony.Dodr\u017een\u00edm principu n\u00e1vaznosti jednotliv\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00ed doc\u00edl\u00edte perfektn\u00edho vylad\u011bn\u00ed formy.
